The support of our physiotherapist is an integral part of developing a positive attitude that change can be made, exercise is safe and pain does not necessarily mean injury or harm. Its not just what you gain by joining our classes, its also what you are at risk of losing if you dont.
Our 4 principle approach helps break the cycle of de-conditioning using the skills of our physiotherapists and targeted, safe and effective rehabilitation. This is not a Pilates Class.
