We run small group classes at Hindmarsh with a maximum of 6 people. It is meant to be a fun class that is adapted to all fitness levels with no previous exercise experience needed!
Individual sessions also available.

The class is tailored to YOU and thus an individual assessment is needed before starting to make sure you enjoy and benefit from these safe classes.
The classes are held once a week and booking is required for each class in advance.
You are not locked in to a number of classes and you are welcome to come whenever it suits.
